We believe this 26 acre property on Pender Island is one of the most unique winery properties in British Columbia featuring two beautiful vineyards. With its dramatic terraces, the upper vineyard sweeps up the side of Mount Menzies, while the lower vineyard cascades down to the beach. Both vineyards were planted in 2002 and include: Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Ortega, Marechal Foch, Leon Millet, Schonburger and, more recently, Siegerrebe.
Be sure to check out the original painting, J35, when you visit our winery on Pender Island. It is symbolic of Sea Star’s latest environmental project to raise funds for the Southern Resident Killer Whale conservation program at Raincoast Conservation Foundation.
Di is generously collaborating with Sea Star on this project to protect orcas in the Salish Sea. Learn more about the artist and Di’s incredible work and longstanding contributions to environmental conservation at Art by Di https://artbydi.ca/biography
